We’re almost half way through December, which means the new year is just around the corner. With the new year comes the thought of new goals and an exciting time to think about everything you want to achieve in the coming year. I’m not a big fan of New Year’s Resolutions, but I am a big fan of taking time to set goals. Arguably, this should be done more often than once per year, but changing from 2018 to 2019 is a great time to reflect on all that you have accomplished in the last year and setting out a game plan for the next few months at least. A strategy I’ve been using for myself and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals is to break things down from goals into skills.
